All is counted with Him: the grains of sand, the breaths, the drops of rain, the hidden good deeds, the secret faults.
The Sufi meaning
Nothing invisible has been lost: not your unnoticed pain, not your unremarked patience, not your forgotten kindness. All is in His great book.
The servant's portion
Do not do good so that it may be counted by men — it is already counted elsewhere.
