Who restores troubled justice.
The tongue
From n-q-m; often translated as vengeance, but al-Kāfījī specifies: divine intiqām is a restoration, not a passion. He is not wounded; He re-establishes the order.
The reason
When injustice is prolonged, al-Muntaqim acts — sometimes slowly, sometimes suddenly. The balance always rights itself.
The Sufi meaning
Do not avenge yourself; that is not your role, it is His. And He does it better than you would.

Leave to God His function. Keep, for yourself, forgiveness and service.
