Sharḥ al-Asmāʾ al-Ḥusnā — شَرْحُ الأَسْمَاءِ الحُسْنَى
An Ottoman scholar born in Crimea, head of the Hanafites in Cairo, master of al-Suyūṭī. His method weaves three threads: the linguistic sense (luġawī), the rational and theological sense (ʿaqlī), and the spiritual sense (ṣūfī). For each Name he also indicates the servant's share — that which, of the Name, may become a virtue and a path in the human being.
